After two weeks in the brine my corned beef has been boiled in the $60 20 quart stock pot I purchased today (never say I'm not doing my part...). Oh my God, this is THE corned beef. I know it's late for St. Pats, but I don't give a fuck about that. I will be broiling it tomorrow night if any one feels the need for some of this stuff feel free to come over! Text me and let me know of course...
